Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Germany.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: 9–11 business days after shipment.
- Estimated total: 11–13 business days from order to your door.
Delivery times are estimates. During holidays and sale periods (Black Friday, Christmas) processing and delivery can take longer. We ship from our partner warehouse, not from a local stock. This is how we keep our prices fair.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Import duties and taxes
Prices include all import duties and taxes. You will not pay anything on delivery.
Orders with several items
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each one.
Delivery guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully. If you need to change it, email us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
