Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days. Please read the conditions below before sending anything back.

1. Your 14-day right to return

You can cancel your order and return the items within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order, without giving a reason.

To use this right, send us a clear statement by email to admin.almasotelo@gmail.com before the 14 days end. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not required. Sending your message within the 14 days is enough.

2. Condition of returned items

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
• Trying an item on at home, as you would in a store, is fine.
• If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to check it.

3. How to return

Email admin.almasotelo@gmail.com with: order number, full name, the item(s) you are returning and the reason (optional). We will reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Do not send returns to the sender address on your package. Parcels sent to any other address cannot be traced or refunded.

4. Return shipping costs

Returns are not free: return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered (see section 6). Returns may need to be shipped outside your country. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment.

5. Your refund

We refund the full price of the returned items and the original standard shipping cost (shipping is free on all orders) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until we have received the items back or you have sent us proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

6. Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover everything: we send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. Email us with photos of the item and the packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

7. Wrong size

Before returning for size, write to us. Send your height, bust, waist and hips and we will help you find the right size.

8. Cancelling before shipment

Orders are sent to our partner for preparation very quickly. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, wait until you receive it and return it under this policy.
