1. Who is responsible for your data

Contact and order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (optional).
Payment details: processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited and items added to cart, via cookies.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of contract).
To send marketing emails, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click (consent).
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).
To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, our fulfilment partner and carriers (to deliver your order), email and analytics tools, and advertising platforms such as Meta, where you have accepted marketing cookies. Some of these providers are located outside your country; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, or object to its use. 7. US residents
