Request a Return

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email us at admin.almasotelo@gmail.com with your order number, full name, the item(s) you're returning and the reason (optional).
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship your return with a tracked service and keep your proof of shipment. Do not send it to the sender address on your package.
4. We refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until we receive the items or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or wrong items.

Defective or wrong item?

Please email us photos of the item and the packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
